Touring & Camping Pitches

Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card provided 14 days prior to arrival.
• Where the arrival date falls within 14 days of booking, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• The site is an adults-only site. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted.

Arrivals and departures

• Check-in time is from 14:00. Early check-ins must be pre-agreed on booking.
• Check-out time is 12:00. Late check-outs must be arranged prior to your check-out day.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period, the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 days of arrival.
• Any changes to your booking are subject to an administration fee.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Extras

• Fishing is subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
• Electricity usage is metered. The first 4 kWh per night is included; additional usage is charged at £0.35/kWh and payable at check-out.

General

• A valid Environment Agency rod licence is required to fish on site.
• Bookings are non-transferable.
• Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints must be reported during your stay so we have the opportunity to resolve them.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 and 07:00.
• Radio, music, and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The management cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
• This site has a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different household.
• No hen/stag parties.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• A £20 deposit is required on arrival and refunded on departure after the meter reading is taken.
• There is a 50p surcharge for card deposits.
• You must follow staff instructions when pitching your unit and related equipment.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival, please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues, and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy, and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

• Please call when booking Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side).
• No vehicle movement between 21:00 and 07:00.
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 20:00 unless otherwise agreed with management.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
